With over 20 years of combined experience, they bring a balanced blend of artistic vision and technical precision to every project. Their storytelling spans automotive, action sports, agriculture, lifestyle, and narrative work—trusted by top clients like Red Bull, Bridgestone, NBC Sports, Microsoft, and Titleist. They’ve traveled the world and filmed in some of the harshest conditions—bringing calm focus and creative clarity no matter the terrain.
As co-founders of Motion State, a full-service production company and specialty camera house, they operate the Pacific Northwest’s largest fleet of advanced camera systems—including drones, technocranes, and their own arm car. This allows them to move with the story—capturing rich, authentic visuals in any environment, no matter how remote or rugged.
Rooted in Amber’s fifth-generation farming background and Corey’s action sports filmmaking experience, their work is grounded, soulful, and deeply intentional. On set, they cultivate a calm, collaborative energy—leading with heart, craft, and a genuine respect for story and crew.

Ultimately, Justin was drawn towards live action film and commercial cinematography. As a cinematographer, he has worked with some of the biggest brands in the world—Chevy, Audi, Lamborghini, Samsung, Nissan, Nikon and Marriott. Most recently Justin worked as cinematographer on the feature film, The Dougherty Gang, which is slated to be released 2020, and directed a documentary short, La Lucha (The Struggle), which follows two time Olympic gold medalist Cuban boxer Mario Kindelan Mesa and his struggles in choosing the love of his country over personal gain.
Justin’s experience as a cinematographer continues to work fluidly with his directing work, where he regularly performs both roles. This passion for cinematography expresses itself in a specific visual aesthetic, but his goal is never just to make pretty images—it is always to make the script come to life and communicate the story in the most compelling way possible.
